Name | levelling agent AC |
Synonyms | leveler AC |
Appearance | Yellow to yellow brown paste |
PH | 9.0~12.0 |
Physical and Chemical Properties | Soluble in water, non ionic in alkaline or neutral media, and cationic in acidic media, with excellent leveling and diffusion properties. |
Use | As a leveling agent for acidic dyes, it can reduce the amount of sulfuric acid used in the bath and reduce the strength damage of the fabric. It can also be used as a leveling agent for neutral dyes and vat dyes. |
This product can be managed according to general industrial chemicals. When using it, gloves and protective glasses should be worn to avoid direct contact with the skin and eyes. If it gets on the skin, rinse with water and soap. Place in a cool and dry warehouse to prevent exposure to sunlight and rain.
Adopting a new press ethoxylation process. Add fatty amines to the preheater and replace the air in the reaction system with nitrogen. Then, the epoxy ethane is fed into a specially designed gas-liquid contact reactor, and under high pressure, the epoxy ethane is filled with mist in the upper part of the reactor. Fatty amines are pumped into the nozzle tube of the reactor and sprayed outward through many small holes on the tube, causing small droplets of fatty amines to react with misty ethylene oxide. The reaction temperature is maintained at 100-120 ℃ and the pressure is 0.3-0.5MPa. After aging, the finished product is cooled and discharged.
The new press ethoxylation process is adopted: the fatty amine is added to the preheater, and the air in the reaction system is replaced with nitrogen. Then the ethylene oxide is closed into a specially designed gas-liquid contact reactor, and the upper part of the reactor is filled with mist under high pressure. The aliphatic amine is pumped into the nozzle tube of the reactor, and is ejected out through many small holes in the tube, so that the aliphatic amine droplets react with mist ethylene oxide, and the reaction temperature is maintained at 100~120 ℃, and the pressure is 0.3% ~ 0.5MPa. After aging, cooling and discharging is the finished product.
